Rebecca Oliver works with the Foundation's education program, publications, the development of the Tällberg Forum and strategy development, looking specifically at the role of large corporations in global challenges, such as climate change, that are emerging from the recent intensive period of globalisation.
Before joining the Tällberg Foundation, Rebecca was based in Italy as External Relations Manager for Unilever – Home and Personal Care Europe, where she was an internal consultant to global marketing and development directors and specialised in working with product innovation strategies to include legislative issues, corporate responsibility, environmental protection and corporate ethics. She was also responsible for crisis management training. Prior to Unilever, Rebecca worked for six years in healthcare communications. Her early career included work in the press office of the UK Government’s Natural Environment Research Council and at the BBC Radio Science Department.
Rebecca has an MSc in Science Communications from the London University’s Imperial College of Science Technology and Medicine and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick.
