Organization 2006

Tällberg Foundation is the organization behind the Tällberg Forum and its concept. It is a not-for-profit organization set up in 1981 by Bo Ekman. Since then, it has organized annual workshops in Tällberg, bringing together people from all over the world and all sectors of society in open creative conversations on the big themes of our times.

The Tällberg Foundation itself has no employees. Instead, Nextwork, a consulting company working in the area of business environment analysis and the strategic management of change, acts as service provider to the Tällberg Foundation.

Marcello Palazzi, The Progressio Foundation was also part of the project team and led the Emerging Leaders Program.

A small “process faculty” with highly qualified and experienced members lead and coached the process of the Tällberg Forum 2006.

The project has also supported by an Advisory Board whose members have had a longstanding experience with the Tällberg Foundation.
